Applicants to download the Ebrochure for the investment opportunity and follow the detailed instructions on when and how to collect the Investor pack and the tender documents. Below are the high level guidelines.

  1. Contracting Entities will provide the Investor Pack and supporting documents to the investors.
  2. Interested investors to submit the Investor Pack proposal and Request for Proposal (RfP) by the stated deadline to the Contracting Entity. The methodology of submission will be provided by the Contracting Entity.
  3. After submission, Contracting Entity and Tawteen will evaluate the proposals and award the opportunity to investors who meet the evaluation criteria.​​

Investment opportunities are commercial vehicles to localize products and services for the Energy Sector. They strengthen the supply chain base by creating new capabilities and expanding on exiting capabilities where the market can absorb more investors; contributing therefore to the growth of the state of Qatar Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Tawteen offered about 100 new business opportunities in 2019 in various fields including engineering services, maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), digital technologies, subsurface operations, chemicals and metals, as well as light equipment, business services & other services across the energy sector supply chain. In addition, Tawteen is offering investors opportunities for manufacturing value added products using feed stocks available from the Energy Sector in Qatar.

Who can Apply​?

  • Anchor Companies or OEMs who do not have existing facility in Qatar.
  • Any Proprietary Technology Owners.
  • Local Investors who hold a partnership (JV, licensee, and exclusivity) with a Proprietary Technology Owner or Anchor Company or OEMs.

How to Apply?

  1. Submit Your Interest
    Investors can express thei​r interest by completing the “Expression of Interest" form. Include details about your business idea and product or service.
  2. ​Complete the Form

  3. Schedule a Meeting
    Upon receiving your application, a Tawteen representative will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss your business idea and the support needed. ​​​​
